News on Production and Shippment Status

¡Hola a todos!
Aqui tenemos las ultimas noticias con respecto a la producción y el envio de los Dungeon Classics!
Por un lado, esta será nuestra última actualización antes de que informemos de que estamos enviando vuestros DC, empezando su quest rumbo a vuestros hogares :)
Por otro lado, y esto a vosotros y a nosotros nos gusta menos, vamos a empezar con los envíos un poco más tarde de lo que queríamos:
Cuando planificamos la campaña, nuestra idea era enviaros en Abril, pero decidimos darnos un poco más de margen para cubrir posibles percances
Podríamos echarle la culpa al COVID, pero lo cierto es que por su culpa hemos tenido un retraso de 15 días, que habría estado en lo previsto. Lo cierto es que durante este proceso, que prácticamente ha coincidido con la creación y el arranque de InMotion, y en el que nos habéis apoyado para lograr nuestra idea de llevar hasta vosotros los DCs, hemos hecho frente a problemas nuevos (algunos propios, otros ajenos) que han resultado en que no podamos cumplir nuestro plazo. La decisión unánime fue: mejor llegar un poco tarde y bien que en hora y mal.
Fruto de esto se cambiaron algunos despieces (lo que conllevó reimpresión, moldes nuevos y testeo de copias otra vez), rediseño de algunas piezas que daban problemas de detalle y resistencia, etc. También queríamos enviaros las figuras casi listas para montar, ¡y son más de 3500 piezas que preparar! Y el diseño de las figuras no ha cambiado ni un ápice. Son pequeños detalles que afectaban a la funcionalidad pero no a la estética, y que no queríamos dejar pasar.
Así pues, queríamos enviar en mayo, posiblemente mediados, y ahora os informamos de que atrasamos el envío a la última semana de junio. Esperamos que este mes adicional no suponga perjuicio para nadie y lamentamos los inconvenientes: estamos seguros de que cuando lleguen las figuras, la espera habrá merecido la pena. De hecho, estamos deseando ver a vuestros Gulgron, Arizara, Taurus y Xar pintados...así que este mes adicional nos hace estar más ansiosos que nunca.

Here's the last news on the Dungeon Classics production and shippment!
On one hand, this will be our last update before we let you know we are sending your DCs, starting their quest to your homes :)
On the other hand -this point we (yourselves and ourselves) don't like it as much - we will start with shippment a little later than we wanted:
When we planned the campaign, our idea was sending the figures to you by April, but we decided to give ourselves a little more time, in case we had to cover any possible difficulties
We could blame COVID but, to be honest, that caused a delay of 15 days, something we had anticipated.
The point is that, during this process, for which we have received your support to make our idea come true and bring the DCs to you, and which also coincided with the creation and InMotion kick-off, we have faced some issues (some of our own and others not) and as a result, we can't meet our deadline. We decided they would be arriving a little late but with the quality we wanted, rather than on time and without it.
Therefore, as a summary, the cutting of some pieces was modified, involving changes on the ammount of pieces (which led to reprinting, new molds and testing of copies again), the redesign of some pieces that gave details and resistance problems, etc.
We also wanted to send you the figures almost ready to assemble, and there are more than 3,500 pieces to prepare! And the design of the figures has not changed a bit. There were small details that affected functionality but not aesthetics, and we thought it was worth the change.
We wanted to ship them to you in May, possibly mid-May, and now shipping will be delayed to the last week of June
We apologize for the inconvenients and hope it is not involving an issue for you: we are sure that when the figures arrive the wait will be well worth it. Actually, we're really looking forward to seeing your Gulgron, Arizara, Taurus, and Xar painted... so this additional month makes us more anxious than ever.
